In the precision blanking and forming process, we have automatic laser cutting machines and automatic laser pipe cutting machines, which ensure the millimeter-level accuracy of steel plate and tube cutting, laying a solid foundation for the manufacturing of equipment frames, pressure vessels, filter element housings and pipeline systems, and ensuring the stability and quality of the structure from the source.

In the welding process, we use robot welding and processing, and realize the unmanned and standardized welding of key components (such as the support of the reverse osmosis system, the box of the stainless steel water tank, and the interface of the pressure tank) through the fully automatic welding robot. This not only greatly improves the consistency and finish of welds, but also ensures the structural strength and tightness of the pressure-bearing components, eliminating the risk of leakage.

In the sheet metal and structure manufacturing process, an efficient sheet metal processing unit is formed through CNC press brakes, shearing machines, and round rolling machines, which can quickly and accurately process various complex shape components for manufacturing equipment shells, control cabinets, water tank covers, etc., to meet the diverse appearance needs of OEM/ODM customization.

We also use laser marking machines to permanently mark brand logos, models, production numbers and other information on each equipment and core components, establishing a perfect product quality system to facilitate later maintenance and traceability, reflecting our confidence in quality.
